My husband and I recently purchased our dream home and selected California Closets for our custom storage solutions. Now that we have fully moved our clothing into the closets, we can truly appreciate the overall experience. The design process was outstanding. We greatly appreciated the creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail from our designer. The final product is absolutely beautiful, and the installation team delivered quality craftsmanship that transformed our spaces. After installation, there were a few areas we wanted refined, and management and customer service did an amazing job responding. They promptly sent a team of professionals to make the adjustments, including adding baseboards to ensure everything had a polished and seamless finish. The closets now look stunning — elegant, functional, and beautifully completed. We are extremely pleased with the final result and can’t wait to show them off to our family and friends. Thank you, California Closets, for helping bring our dream home to life! Thank you Alex, Aldo, Roberto and Bilal!

I had such a wonderful experience with California Closets this week. I called because one of my locked drawers froze, and unfortunately my passport and ID were inside. I’m traveling this weekend, so you can imagine the stress! The entire team was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I called. Tony came out at 4:00 on a Friday to take care of it and made sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. I was so impressed by how seriously they took the urgency of the situation. My closet was installed a few years ago and it is still my favorite addition to my home. It’s beautiful, functional, and truly elevated the space. What impressed me even more is that they continue to stand behind their work and take care of existing customers long after installation. Exceptional service, years later. Highly recommend California Closets! Thanks for the hangers, Tony!

Working with California Closets has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Paige at the Plano location is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to collaborate with. I initially assumed they would be the most expensive option since they have such a strong reputation, but they were able to design something beautiful while staying comfortably within my budget. Their team provided great suggestions to improve both functionality and aesthetics, and they were very accommodating with revisions along the way. Edward, the field service technician, was also fantastic. I’m so excited to see the final installation. So far, I highly recommend!
