Testimonials
Steve helped us to secure our new dream home in Hollywood Riviera, in a very hot market. We had a lot of competition for this home, however Steve's professionalism helped us to win the bid for this beautiful home. Even after the close of escrow, Steve has been helping us with picking up mail (we currently live overseas), contacting the neighbours in my behalf, and basically any way that he can help. Thanks Steve!

I have had two occasions to work with Steve Simonetti. He coordinated the sale of my wife's condo in El Segundo and our purchase of a home in Mission Viejo in 2009. He also supervised the sale of my brother-in-law's Westchester home and a condo purchase in Mission Viejo in 2017. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of real estate issues and concerns. He was invaluable in navigating the often tricky bidding process and the varied issues that can arise during the escrow process. Regarding the escrow process, he used the services of Peninsula Escrow for both of our sales and this team of pros was invaluable in resolving issues that arose with a buyer. Again, a testament to his experience in picking only the best folks to work with his clients. If I need real estate guidance in the future, Steve would be my first choice and I would strongly recommend him to all of my friends and relatives.
