Immediately after my terminally-ill father came home from the hospital with Home Hospice, we realized he required around-the-clock care. I contacted Caring Senior Service late on a Friday evening with an urgent request for live-in home care. Angie Collins immediately responded, guided me through the process, located and personally oriented a live-in aide in my parents' house within less than a day. Immediately upon taking his case, Angie advocated fiercely for my father to ensure he had the care he needed. Gertrude, the home aide, was attentive, kind, and highly skilled in the care of a sick patient at the end-of-life. She provided the end-of-life care my father needed and deserved. She also provided a great deal of support to my mother after my father passed. She was a blessing.
