Eddie is one in a million. An honest, friendly plumber who does fantastic work??? Yes, it’s true. There is ONE out there, and he’s it. I feel like I found a mythical unicorn or leprechaun or something. 🙂 Eddie arrived to my house on time (actually a few minutes early) and there were no unpleasant surprises when he started the job, as he was very specific and thorough with me on the phone when I called him that morning with the issues I was having (he even asked me to take pictures and text them to him so he could see exactly what I was describing). Eddie charges by the job, not by the hour, and he is a fast but thorough worker. He will go over the prices with you ahead of time so you know exactly how much everything will cost. He is personable, professional, and just an all-around nice guy! My husband and I are so glad to have found him. We liked him so much, we will be using his services next month to install a tankless water heater. See you soon, Eddie!

I don’t usually write reviews but I need to share this experience with everyone. I woke up on Sunday morning with a leaking toilet and my bathroom flooded. I called Eddie and he was incredibly helpful. After discussing the problem with me he gave me a good estimate and told me that he could help me the same day. He also offered to instruct me on how to fix the problem myself if I wanted to. Considering I was a college student with limited home improvement skills I decided against it. Once hired the two men who came arrived right when they said they were and fixed my toilet to be brand new. The rate was fair, the service top notch and they were incredibly accommodating on a Sunday. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing repairs. Wasn’t sure who to go with for plumbing needs as I am a new first-time homeowner not native to Miami. So I looked on Yelp, found all these great reviews for a guy named Eddie and decided to give it a shot. 9 PM on a Saturday night, I called Eddie at Coastal Plumbing, told him my situation, and by 9:35 my toilet was unclogged, I had gotten a 10% discount for mentioning that I saw Coastal Plumbing on Yelp, and I could go on with my evening. Eddie was professional, friendly, and from phone call to shaking his hand goodbye probably took about 30 minutes tops. Definitely the guy to call.
