Mr. Burns did a superior job of guiding me through the roof replacement process after discovering wind and hail damage on our roof. I had no experience with roof replacement, so Mr. Burns helped me navigate the steps I needed to follow while in communication with our insurer, and he patiently and conscientiously answered my many questions every step of the way. The installation was perfectly staged in advance, all materials were delivered to my residence on time, and the roof replacement team did superior work as they carefully removed our old roof and installed our new roof, all within about 8 hours.
