Hi, I’m Greg, Founder and Leadership Trainer at True North Leadership. I’ve spent more than 25 years developing leaders in mission-driven, high-pressure environments, drawing from my military service and years of consulting to help others lead with courage, clarity, and purpose.
I’m an Authorized DiSC® Partner and the creator of practical leadership systems like C.A.S.T.™, B.U.I.L.D.™, and C.L.E.A.R.™, all designed to help leaders build trust, make confident decisions, and drive results without losing sight of their people.
I’m passionate about transforming leadership from a buzzword into a daily discipline, and I believe every leader — from the front line to the C-suite — deserves the tools to build a culture that lasts.
When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll usually find me exploring new coffee shops, spending time with my family, or catching an Alabama game.
If you’re ready to level up your leadership skills and create a values-centered team, let’s connect — I’d be honored to help you lead True.
My journey began in Decatur, Alabama rooted in Drive, Determination, and Dedication. These were the values I was taught by watching my father go to work day in and day out.
The next logical step for me was to join an organization that cared about pride and work ethic like I did. So, I joined the Army and learned a new tool called teamwork and leadership.
After retiring from the military, I soon discovered that no one has a clear set of rules that everyone buys into. My time in the military taught me several foundational principles—one being it is easier to get the mission completed if the people on the team agree to a certain set of rules.
That’s why today, through True North Leadership, I’m committed to helping leaders create clear, values-driven systems that their teams can believe in and rally around. I blend military-honed discipline with practical frameworks to build cultures of trust, accountability, and purpose. My mission is simple: guide leaders to lead with clarity, develop people who thrive, and build teams that win — together.
