Avid Restoration is an insurance claim specialist, leveraging two decades of experience in insurance process, project management, and restoration services. Aspiring to become the Omaha area’s industry leader in roof and exterior restoration, Avid Restoration is focused on the customer experience and putting ourselves in the homeowners’ shoes. We provide all of our specialists with industry-leading training programs to ensure our homeowners receive professional, transparent, and accurate information to help make the right decisions for their restoration project.

I am Ben Starks, a proud native of Omaha, Nebraska, and a dedicated Project Manager for a General Contractor with over 2 years of experience. My work is more than just a job—it's my way of contributing to the city that shaped me. I've built a reputation for delivering top-notch roofing solutions, catering to both residential and commercial clients in Omaha and the surrounding area. Since storm damage can effect much more than your roof and gutters, my expertise spans a wide range of services, including replacing windows, doors, garage doors, HVAC units, re-staining decks and fences, replacing siding and painting. Known for my attention to detail and commitment to quality, I ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards, using only the best materials and adhering to the latest codes and standard practices. My goal is to provide my fellow Nebraskans with services that they are proud to show off to their families, friends and neighbors.
