My name is Jermaine Beale Sr., owner of 414 Restoration LLC, a minority and veteran-owned restoration and construction company serving both commercial and residential clients. We are an IICRC Certified Firm with over 16 years of hands-on industry experience, specializing in water, fire, mold, and environmental remediation.

I hold multiple industry certifications, including Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Fire and Smoke Technician (FST), OSHA 10, EPA Lead RRP, Asbestos Supervisor Certification, and Mold Hygienist credentials through NAERMC. I am also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee and a certified residential and commercial inspector.
